Shipping and Service Delivery Policy

No Physical Shipping

Muzico does not ship physical goods unless specifically agreed in writing for a particular project. Therefore, standard shipping timelines do not apply to most Muzico services.

Service Delivery

Services are delivered in one or more of the following ways:

• At the Muzico studio location
• Through scheduled recording, production, or consultation sessions
• Through digital delivery of files, edits, or final project outputs
• Through email, cloud links, WhatsApp, or other agreed delivery channels

Studio-Based Services

For studio rental, recording, podcasting, voiceover, dubbing, filming, or other in-studio services, customers must attend the scheduled session at the confirmed date and time.

Digital Deliverables

For services involving audio files, video files, edits, designs, marketing materials, or other digital outputs, delivery timelines will depend on the scope of work agreed with the customer.

Final files may be shared through email, cloud storage links, drive links, or other suitable digital methods.

Delivery Timeline

Delivery timelines vary depending on the service selected, project size, revision requirements, and customer approvals.

Estimated timelines, if any, will be communicated at the time of booking, quotation, or project confirmation.

Customer Delays

Delays in sharing required inputs, scripts, references, approvals, or feedback may affect the delivery timeline.
