Muzico is an audio, video, and digital creative studio offering services such as studio rental, music recording, podcast recording, voiceovers, dubbing, audiobooks, sound design, video recording, editing, live streaming, production, and digital marketing services.

Muzico provides studio-based and creative production services including audio services, video services, digital marketing services, and related creative production support.

Service availability, pricing, duration, deliverables, and timelines may vary depending on the selected service and project requirements.

Booking and Payments

Customers may book services through the Muzico website, WhatsApp, phone, or other official booking channels.

All prices shown at the time of booking are in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise. The final amount payable will be shown before payment.

Payments may be collected through Razorpay or other approved payment methods, including UPI, debit card, credit card, net banking, wallets, or other supported options.

A booking is confirmed only after successful payment or written confirmation from Muzico.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate booking details, contact information, service requirements, and project instructions.

Customers must arrive on time for scheduled studio sessions. Delay from the customer's side may reduce the available session time and may not always be eligible for extension or refund.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that any scripts, music, content, footage, or materials provided to Muzico do not violate third-party rights, copyright, trademark, privacy rights, or applicable laws.

Studio Usage

Customers using the studio must follow staff instructions and handle all studio equipment, instruments, rooms, and facilities with care.

Any damage caused to studio property, equipment, or facilities due to negligence, misuse, or intentional action may be charged to the customer.

Muzico reserves the right to refuse or stop a session if customer behavior is unsafe, abusive, unlawful, or damaging to studio property or staff.

Project Deliverables

Deliverables, file formats, timelines, number of revisions, and scope of work will depend on the selected service or agreed quotation.

Additional edits, revisions, extra studio time, reshoots, retakes, or changes outside the agreed scope may be chargeable.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the customer retains ownership of original materials provided by them.

Muzico may retain ownership of raw project files, working files, production templates, internal project files, and technical assets created during production unless specifically included in the agreed deliverables.

Final deliverables will be shared after completion of the service and settlement of applicable payments.

Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds are governed by Muzico's Cancellation and Refund Policy available on this website.

Limitation of Liability

Muzico will make reasonable efforts to provide services professionally and within agreed timelines. However, Muzico will not be liable for indirect losses, business losses, loss of revenue, loss of data, or delays caused by factors beyond our control.

Changes to Services or Terms

Muzico may update its services, pricing, policies, and these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this website.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
